The Fazenda is located within the Triangulo Mineiro , Cerrado region, in Minas Gerais. The farm produces 100% organic coffee, closely monitored by a full time agricultural engineer to study consistency and quality. The rich dark red soil produces an excellent cup. The property is only 395 hectares, of which 235 hectares are cultivated for coffee, holding 895,000 coffee trees. The farm has many natural spring reserves for water.
