Each origin provides us with challenges and opportunities to go beyond the conventional and seek out that which is unique and special. With the addition of Elan Organics the offerings have expanded to include every variety of certified and sustainable coffees to include Organic, Rainforest, Fair Trade and any number of other similar entities. Finally IAC carries a full complement of natural and traditional Decaffeinated coffees.

InterAmerican's commitment to quality begins at the source of the green beans straight through to our clients door step. Our rigorous quality control begins with an in depth knowledge and close working relationship with our sources, continuing through all processing and shipping phases, and finally ending with the cupping and comparison of both pre-shipment and final arrival samples of each individual lot purchased. Expert cuppers from various offices cup daily to evaluate the quality and integrity of the revolving door of coffees that make up our dynamic inventory
