Lucas "qc man" cebreros is head of quality control at elan organic coffees.

Lucas is new to the industry, but has been around coffee his entire life. Lucas has implemented a streamlined Quality Control program at Elan Organic Coffees. His responsibilities include sending out green coffee samples, roasting inventory, preshipment and offer samples, setting up the cupping table on a daily basis and logging in cupping scores.

Lucas is an asset to the team and can always be found at the double barrel Probat or in the cupping room.
