Director of Sales, Kayd Neill has worked as a trader and cupper with Elan Organic Coffees since 2006. 

In this brief time, Kayd has carved out a name for herself within the closely-knit international coffee trade because of her commitment to sustainability and quality as well as her enthusiasm and optimism.  Her co-workers have affectionately given her the nickname "le nez" (the nose). Kayd also writes The Green Bean.

Kayd has been a volunteer table lead for the Specialty Coffee Association of America's cupping workshops and has participated in the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA), Pacific Coast Coffee Association (PCCA) and the Western Regional Barista Competition.  She has visited and led trips to coffee growing regions in Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Brazil and Peru.  Her longtime love of travel, the global marketplace and meeting new people has lead her to embark on these coffee adventures, as well visit more than 20 countries on 5 continents.

Fluent in French and proficient in Spanish, Kayd enjoys communicating and building relationships wherever she travels.

Kayd loves cycling, kayaking and sports in general.

She has Bachelor of Arts degree with majors French and Communication from the University of San Diego.
