Director of Finance, Francesca Rotondella has been with Elan Organic Coffees since 2000 handling all aspects of finance, human resources and most desks at one time or another during that period.

She has also gone to origin to visit an organic cooperative in Guatemala with clients.

Francesca is the official Interior Designer of the Elan office which provides a creative, organic and beautiful space for the team to work and flourish.

Her background includes 18 years in the securities industry including licensing in stocks, bonds, and commodity trading along with principal and compliance licensing, administration, sales and management. Francesca also coordinated a mentorship program recruiting business professionals to act as mentors to at-risk youth.

As a fine arts photographer she had several shows and received awards for her photography.

Francesca has three sons, a white greyhound rescue named Bianca, and loves gardening, cooking and coffee.
