ONLINE ORDERING
Have you ever remembered you needed to order one
more bag of Mexican, Guatemalan, Indonesian or Ethiopian around
midnight? Well now you can order green coffee beans online 24 hours
a day! Elan Organic Coffees has successfully created and maintained
an online ordering system over the last few months. It is very
user-friendly and environmentally friendly. The order is still
processed through our office, but being online it reduces the amount
of paper printed per order!
To order online follow these 10 simple steps:
1. Go to
www.elanorganic.com
2. Point your mouse to the Order Now option on the top tool
bar and scroll to eCommerce
3. Simply find the coffees you are looking for here! Please note
that the first 3 pages are coffees located at The Annex in San
Leandro, California and the 4th and 5th pages are coffees located at
Continental warehouse in Kearny, New Jersey
4. Choose the number of bags you wish to purchase and click add
to cart
5. You will then see your subtotal and have the option to
continue shopping or check out
6. Prior to check out, if you are a new online client you will need
to complete a short information survey so we can have your
correct mailing address, shipping address and contact information.
Once you have completed the survey, next time you place an order the
database will remember your information by a password of your
choice. It will not hold your credit card information, only your
client contact information.
7. After you login, the database will confirm your shipping address,
where you would like the coffees delivered, then you may proceed to
the final check out page
8.This page is where you need to enter your carrier name and
phone number. Without entering this information the online
system will not let you proceed. If you are a buyer in the area and
picking up the coffee yourself please check buyer pickup. If
not, please enter your carrier of choice, their phone number and
under packaging methods, check the boxes if you would like your
coffee shrink-wrapped, palletized, strapped or card boarded.
9. Please double check your ship to and bill to address and the VOILA!
Click Place order and enter your credit card information.
Upon credit approval we will have the coffee released to you as soon
as possible! If your order is placed before 10am it will be ready
for pick-up the following morning and if it is after 10am it will be
available for pick-up 2 days from order date!
