Fernanda
Hernandez has joined Team Elan after working as a barista in
a local coffee shop for 3 years. Her positive attitude and
sweet barista skills have added a lot of excitement around
the office.
Fern is undergoing intense coffee training in roasting,
cupping and green coffee grading, while the rest of the team
is undergoing intense caffeine jolts from the many espresso
shots, lattes and affugatos coming out of the Mr. Espresso
in the kitchen!
Fern will be an integral part to Elan's dedication to
continual learning and training. Elan Organic Coffees is
proud to have Fern aboard! |

 Rebecca
Sanborn joined Team Elan in the San Diego office for the
past year. She is now en route to origin to implement ECOQ™.
Rebecca will be traveling all over the globe to source the
highest quality sustainable coffees in the world! Please
contact Elan if you have any specific origin questions... as
a transparent company, Elan wants to share photos, travel
tips, contact information, coffee specifications and more.
